View the Full Schedule for 2015
Join us for our next Security, Rights & Development Roundtable meeting which will take place on Monday, June 22. The renewable energy sector faces many of the same operational challenges and complexities as large scale development projects in other sectors. These renewable projects can have effects on communities in many of the same ways as the oil, gas, and mining industries. This Roundtable will seek to understand those challenges and explore what lessons can be learned from the experiences of other industries operating in fragile environments.
Dr. Warren Haffer - Dean of International Affairs, Arcadia University
Aubrey Hruby - Managing Partner, Africa Expert Network
Tara Guelig - Director of Labor and Human Rights, Overseas Private Investment Corporation
Please note that attendance at the Roundtable is by invitation only.
